Fragrantielles is a small company producing personal care products such as essential and vegetables oils, floral water and alimentary aromas. The company uses Primera's LX400e to print their own product labels. Once their cosmetic products are made and conditioned in a laboratory, they are then labeled in-house. Fragrantielles looks after design, size and shape of each product label. Fragrantielles uses Primera's LX400e Color Label Printer to produce labels for its products.

Ellenne Label Adhesive Manufacturing, located in the province of Viterbo, added in March 2011 the innovative PRIMERA CX1200e Color Laser Printer and the FX1200e Digital Finishing System to their other systems for industrial production that they already owned. LPS, the company that represents Primera in France, invited several of its customers to its office and workshop in Dourdan close to Paris for a morning of demonstrations and discussions. Etiq & Pack was present. Etiq Lyon does not (yet) fit in the Etiq & Pack Classification of France's top 100 label printers. But this small-scale printer believes he has found a good niche, offering short-run self-adhesive labels. Company owner Bertrand Genin took part in the meeting with LPS in Dourdan.

Taja Jacobsen works for Ingeniørfirmaet Finn R. Jacobsen. She is responsible for the company's fairly new field, labels. Labelprinters.dk is the name and website of the department. Last year at a trade show Taja Jacobsen saw Primera's new label printer and thought that there would be a market for it in Denmark.

The printing industry is in a process of constant change. This is particularly true for label printing. Since much more is possible at the technical level nowadays than was only ten years ago, the quality requirements made by the packaging industry are of course increasing, too. Companies that want to succeed in this fiercely competitive environment need not only to move with the times but also to develop new ideas, to specialise and to fill niches. An advice especially true for smaller service provider, which wouldn't stand a chance against well-funded large printing companies. Chris and Gillian didn't become winegrowers the normal way. Originally, they own a farm and produce milk for the area. But Gillian always made homemade wine out of a variety of fruits.
